Service Description Real-time Trend Analysis Platform (SaaS)
- Trend information collection and analysis from YouTube, Reddit, RSS, Mastodon
- Premium features (enhanced update frequency, detailed analysis)
- Monthly subscription billing service

Pricing - Free Plan: Free
- Pro Plan: $5.00 USD per month (inclusive of taxes)

Additional Fees No additional fees beyond the service fee.
Payment processing fees are included in the service price.

Payment Methods Credit card payment (via Stripe)
Supported cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB

Payment Timing Credit card payments are processed immediately.
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew on the same date each month.

Service Delivery Premium features are available immediately after payment completion.
No physical delivery is involved as this is a digital service.

Cancellation Customers can cancel their subscription at any time.
Cancellation process:
1. Log in to TrendCatcher Live
2. Go to Account Settings and select "Subscription Management"
3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
Billing will stop from the next billing date after cancellation.

Refund Policy Regular Cancellation:
- No prorated refunds for monthly subscriptions
- Service remains available until the end of the current billing period after cancellation
Technical Issues:
- If service is unavailable due to technical problems on our end, please contact us via email
- If investigation confirms our responsibility, we will provide appropriate refunds
